Tournament Information
This tournament will be held rain or shine, best ball format with 4 players per team. team. If an individual, we will be happy to assign you to a team. To solidify your registration, please print and complete this form and include your registration fee and mail immediately. Or, complete this form online, hit submit and pay the day of the event.
Tournament fee: $95 per golfer. This includes green fees, 2 golf carts per team, dinner, door prizes, refreshments and awards.
